CORGI Current legislation and numerous employing authorities insist that any company working on gas installation MUST hold a current Corgi registration. This registration includes an annual inspection of the company and its past year of gas works, including site inspections, and the qualification of the companies staff who have carried out the works.
It is compulsory that all personnel are up to date with the present regulations and qualifications to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, high quality and best practice methods thus assuring clients of a safe first class service at all times which as a Corgi registered contractor Airmec is able to provide.
NICEIC Current legislation requires that any company working on electrical installation MUST be NICEIC registered. Being a registered member of the NICEIC ensures that all electrical works will be carried out in accordance with British Standard BS7671 of the 16th edition IEE wiring regulations which is acknowledged by the Health & Safety Executive as the standard for industry. Installations and inspections are certified by qualified engineers responsible for these works providing clients with an auditable product and hence compliance within the new building regulations.
ROSPA Membership of this organisation demonstrates that Airmec are aware of the need to prevent accidents by planning and assessing situations before an incident occurs. Quality Assurance ISO9001:2000 This latest quality standard concentrates on procedures that provide clear and auditable systems. Airmec work in a marketplace that is highly legislated by Governmental bodies and Trade Associations which require service providers such as Airmec to be able to demonstrate compliance. Using the Airmec QA system we are able to ensure that our clients have the necessary information to maintain records that are both accurate and auditable, hence reducing the risk of prosecution under e.g. Control of Substances Hazardous to Health or the Health and Safety at Work Act.
